I think that almost everyone has a catalyst for their spiritual journey, mine was grief. After the loss of my grandad, who had cancer, I really started to research health. I was led down a rabbit hole of eye opening discoveries like those of Doctor Sebi, a herbalist healer who used natural foods and plants to cure many illnesses and diseases. I began to question: How can I naturally be the healthiest version of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually?

Through my own research I discovered holistic healing and the power of your mind, which has a huge impact on your bodily health. I concluded that  If my thoughts alone can affect my physical body, they can change my outer reality too, and that's exactly how manifestation works.

I believe in the law of vibration, that everything in the universe is constantly vibrating atomically. This means that everything has its own unique frequency including your thoughts and emotions, which can either be a vibrational match to your dream reality, or the opposite, and that's what determines your life. This law also applies to crystals, so when they come into proximity with your energy field, the crystals’ frequency can raise your vibration, leading to endless benefits such as physical healing, reduced anxiety, deeper meditations, abundance, and so many more. Although there is no “scientific evidence” of magical properties, crystals have been used for their healing benefits for centuries, and there are thousands of people today telling their personal stories and miracles all around the world.
